The Journey of Road 2 Resilience
Road 2 Resilience was established in 2022 by Bella Burda. At just 20 years old, Bella transformed her personal struggle with a concussion into a mission to help others. Her journey through recovery, marked by perseverance and resilience, inspired the foundation of R2R. Bella's firsthand experience with the healing power of exercise drives her commitment to guiding others on their paths to physical and mental well-being.
In addition to her passion for fitness and recovery, Bella has a deep love for aviation. She is currently pursuing her dream of becoming a pilot, starting with her Discovery Flight. Bella's journey in aviation is a testament to her belief in pushing boundaries and achieving new heights, both literally and figuratively. Her dedication to learning to fly reflects the same perseverance and resilience that she brings to her work with Road to Resilience."

Meet Bella Burda
Bella Burda is passionate about changing lives through fitness. With over four years of experience as a personal trainer, Bella has helped more than 100 clients reach their fitness goals. She has hosted numerous kid camps, worked in renowned training facilities such as Michael Johnson Performance and Sports Academy at The Star, and led high school athletes to success. Bella's diverse experience, combined with her personal journey through concussion recovery, equips her to offer unique and effective training programs.
- Hosted over ten kid camps focusing on weight training and speed work.
- Worked with athletes of various sports and levels, from amateur to professional.
- Led an 8-week strength and conditioning program for high school athletes, contributing to a state semi-finals appearance.
